In attempt to violate our prohibitions as described within Article 3,
Sakura-Gear inc. as a company will take action to protect our Copyrighted and Trademarked Materials.
Termination to availability of the Services, particular features or movement by violator in any case thet we deem as violation to our Copyrighted and Trademarked Materials.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Saitama district court.
